Superior rooms were excellent. All amenities and more provided. The room itself easily compares to any 5 star establishment. Staff were very friendly and helpful. However, front desk staff should be more conversant in English. Did find difficulty communicating with some staff. Very well located if you are attending an exhibition at the National Exhibition Centre. Some nice restaurants and coffee shops in neighboring buildings. Breakfast was extensive. However, as a Muslim traveler, no halaal options were offered. I met some fellow muslim travelers and all complained. Lobby lounge should open by 7.30am and close by 8.00pm

New, clean and comfortable room. Personnel is friendly and speaks English. Good location: less than 15 min walk to the nearest metro station (line 2 - direct to Airport Pudong PVG), 5-7 minutes walk to the entrances (Halls 5, 6, 7) - convenient for the exhibitions visitors. Breakfast in the hotel will keep you full long and a lot of food courts near the hotel for the dinner. I have found 2 small food shops and 2 fruit shops close to the hotel, but if you wanna go shopping more seriously, it will be necessary to go by taxi or metro somewhere.

The room was the best room I've stayed at any property in the last 15 years of business travel. It was like a luxury apartment fully equipped. I totally didn't expect it to be so incredible. Unfortunately due to other commitments I had to cut my stay short and head to Singapore. So I only enjoyed 2 of the 4 nights that I had paid for. Breakfast was perfect, gym was well equipped. Location to the exhibition centre is walking distance and will take about 10 minutes.

Rooms is very spacious...clean...very comfortable....the staff are very friendly....and very helpful. I forgot to bring my stuff from safety deposit...and they call me and try to send it to my home abroad. Luckily, a friend of mine who is about to take a trip there...pick it up for me.....and the hotel keep it safe till my friend arrived. Really appreciate it!...oh and it is a perfect hotel if you are going to visit any exhibition in NECC.

Clean, brand new and close to NECC. Didn’t have to walk far to get to the expo, whilst everyone was queuing for taxis I just needed to take the airbridge and a leisurely walk back. There’s a fruit shop and a plethora of really good restaurants in the area. Or if you want to play it safe there’s a McDonald’s too. Staff are really helpful and will use a translation app to communicate if need be. Bigger breakfast was also sensational and super tasty.

The hotel is on excellent location, if your plan is to visit Exhibition. It really takes 3 minute walk to the entrance area and in terms of the location, this hotel is perfect for that - I think I will return. Hotel is new, as is all inside.

Bula Vinaka from Fiji.. I liked the service. It was as if we were family, i would like to thank Anthony as he was so helpful n made us feel secured n feel at home n also feel special, I will surely recommend this hotel to family n friends in my country, we will be back surely.

Room is clean and tidy. Location is good for our work. I will book next time again by early of next year. If possible, please remind me by early January 2024. Meanwhile, you can suggest another hotel for my better consideration.

The staff was helpful. Helped getting us get local SIM cards, money exchange and with location and chinese Apps. The room was clean. Great location. Good stay really. Next time I visit Shanghai I think I’ll come back
